At Tanlux, we prioritize your convenience and security. If you wish to delete your  Mobile App account, please follow the steps outlined below.

 

‍Steps to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to kundsupport@tanlux.se with the subject line: Account Deletion Request.

2. In the email, include: 

  • For accounts created with BankID: Provide the Personnummer associated with the account. 
  • For accounts created with Facebook, Apple, or Google Sign-In: Provide the email address associated with the account. 
  • Any additional details required for verification.

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all data associated with it will be permanently removed from active databases and cannot be restored. 
  • Some residual information may be retained as per our data retention policy and legal obligations.

  • Upon receiving your request, our team will process the deactivation and deletion of your account. 
  • Please allow a standard processing time of up to 30 business days for the request to be completed.

a. Data Retention Policy

  • While your account will be deleted from our active systems, we may retain certain information for the following purposes:   
  • Fraud prevention 
  • Resolving technical or operational issues 
  • Supporting investigations 
  • Complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

b. Confirmation of Deletion

  • Once your account has been deleted, you will receive a confirmation email to notify you that the process has been completed successfully.
